licensed character merchandise. The company was founded by a husband and wife
team in 2000.

The Affiliate Program is a service allowing participating websites to earn
commission on sales referred from links on their website. We provide you with
links for your pages to our products and when a visitor you've referred to us
makes a purchase, you earn commission. At the end of the month if you have
reached the minimum payout level, our Affiliate Network partner
(ShareASale.com) sends you a check or transfers your commissions electronically
to your bank account. It's that easy!
3. Is my site eligible for the KimmyShop.com Affiliate program?
We accept almost all types of web sites, except those that promote violence,
pornography, discrimination, illegal activities, or violate intellectual
property rights. We welcome all applications but reserve the right to refuse
membership or revoke a membership at any time.

10. Which kinds of links should I use?
We recommend using multiple link types in order to compliment your content on
each page. Combining link types can often increase conversion. Using the data
feed is also a very highly effective means of increasing your commissions.

COMMISSION INFORMATION
12. When and how do I get paid?
You receive commissions from shareasale.com on behalf of KimmyShop.com.
Payments are made automatically on the twentieth (20th) day of each month when
your account balance reaches $50 or more for the previous months' transactions.
Money credited to Your Account does not accrue interest. Payments are made by
check or transferred automatically to your bank account (US only).
13. Do you provide return days, meaning if someone doesn't purchase on the
first visit?
Yes, we provide 180 return days.
14. What are return days?
If a visitor comes to KimmyShop.com from your website, but does not purchase on
that visit, you can still earn commission on sales from that customer if they
return to KimmyShop.com and make a purchase within 180 days of their initial
visit.
15. Do I earn commission if someone clicks a product on my site and then buys a
different product?
Yes. You earn commission on all sales referred from your site regardless of the
specific products purchased.
16. How do product returns affect my commissions?
If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are
reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited
for commission earned on that.

17. How will you know that the orders came from my site?
We track all visitors and sales from your website using a unique identifier
that is embedded in your links.
18. Where can I view how much I've sold and earned?
Through our affiliate network partner, ShareASale.com we provide an intuitive
sales and activity report that allows you to view your sales and earnings. We
also provide several other reports that show traffic analysis, link
effectiveness, as well as other useful information.
