Moms, if you have trouble teaching the kids about healthy nutrition, trash pack characters are here to help in a unique round about and cool way. Today, kids of course love the gross and ugly, and seem to just understand that stuff like the annoying orange antics, and monsters, reveal that just their opposites are what’s real. So these trash pack toys are so putridly macabre, and horrible that the opposites of what they represent are understood by kids as acceptable. Would your kids want Putrid Pizza, Germ Worm, Ear Wax Ball, Gutter Grub, Puke Pod or Flu Virus? ‘Course not. So all these representations of the mangled, the germy, the rotten that they laugh about do invoke their opposite idea about better choices.
Garbage is Tops
The trash pack toys and host of trash pack games to go with them have made garbage day, trash collecting chore less -and as desirable, looked forward too by many kids as is any amusement park. Home chores of collecting their trash in bags or packs, or pails, their old toys to be rid of, can now be fun filled adventures, thanks to trash packs. Kids know that “trashies” are all real stuff–fun filled garbage–rotten food, bugs, rodents, deadly diseases, broken things. They’re funny in the new dark humored squishy macabre way that kids find funny today. Move over pretty and flashy trucks, and move in– a trash pack truck. Move over cute Ken dolls, and move in– a trash pack skull. Scummy Skull is probably the most awesome because it is most gruesome with maggots in the eye sockets.
Trash at the Dinner Table? No Way!
Trash pack toys are squishy, vulgar mutants which makes them the cute stuff for kids today. Their names tell all,–moldy milk, putrid pizza, sicken chicken, scummy gum (which may put a kybosh on chewing gum). Others might just take the place themselves of some of those gross table manners you’d like to push off to other kids–so let the “trashies” take that brunt! Flu virus trashie is probably scary enough to get the kids to remember about washing hands to get rid of those germs.
Now you don’t have to wait for trash day pickup or ask any trash collectors where to buy trash packs to get the best trash pack characters because you can easily get the coolest, the collections, the trash pack games, and the trash pack toys that are the must haves with the touch on your online command.
The Marvel of Machinery at Work
Tossing and dumping, what else do little kids love to do better that that–so right at your online site you will see the play sets that set up all the fun games. You’ll see the trash launcher play set–the apparatus that teaches kids where to dump (not in their beds or on the floors or couches). The right receptacles are with the trash pack dunk ‘n dumpster play sets and the trash pack trash atomic drum play set, and the trash pack wheelies in play set set, of course the main necessity–the garbage truck itself. So not only are the kids mesmerized to run to the windows to watch and listen to the garbage machinery at work in their neighborhood, but they can lose their own “trashies” in atomic ooze, or squish them or lift them to safety in an elevator, or crunch them and compact them. The trash pack garbage truck is also great for storage for 10 garbage cans as well.
Toys to Collect. Trade and Reward, Too
Like one of kids most favorite sugary candies, these squishy “trashies” are like gummies gone gangrene. And there are hundreds of them to love and collect, and trade with friends, or store and display. They can keep records of their trash pack characters online on the website, or play various other games.
So which are your kids’ favorites already? Many are the Sludge Can and Dead Tyre lovers, others love the Germ-Worm, and the Bin Sects, or the Hard Rubbish Grubz. The “trashies” series packs have a handy collector guide inside. Moms, these collectibles are always perfect rewards for chores done right, or good grades or behaviors.
What is really cool about these ugly but cute toys is that they are not boring because they all represent real things you really find in refuse or garbage dump, or littering on the side of the road–like Stench Fries, Smelly Sock, Loo Paper, and Awful Pie barfing up green remains. Squashed Wheel–a whole car crushed into a cube –is one of the most amazing, and Dead Tyre is viewed as comical like the annoying orange with road kill stuck on it.
You can get the 12 Trashies pack or the 5 Trashies Pack from either series 1 or 2 easily online. But trust me, all will be on the kids wish list, so let Grandmas know about these too. Because you love seeing the kids care about putting their trash where it belongs.

Everyone loves The Muppets, right? It’s hard to imagine a world without Jim Henson’s cuddly and hilarious felt creations. Why are The Muppets so endearing and why are they great characters and toys for your child? Let’s find out why Muppets merchandise can be so much fun for kids and adults alike!
The Sesame Street Connection – Kermit, Grover and the Cookie Monster
Of course, The Muppets greatly resemble their PBS counterparts on Sesame Street; the same man designed them! This makes it easy for kids to play with both Muppets toys and Sesame Street toys. There’s no reason a Miss Piggy toy can’t waltz onto Sesame Street and play with Elmo, Big Bird or even Mr. Snuffleupagus! Kermit was regularly featured on Sesame Street with Grover and the Cookie Monster. He even reported on the news just as he did on The Muppet Show! Muppets merchandise, especially Muppets plush toys are great for toddlers watching Sesame Street at home.
Animal! Animal! – The Muppets and Music
Of course, The Muppets are great for introducing children to music and sparking their interest in playing an instrument. Before there was DJ Lance Rock on Yo Gabba Babba there was Electric Mayhem! What kid can resist Animal rocking out on drums? Grab an Animal Muppets tote and throw some drum sticks in and your ready to start rocking! Of course, there is the classic Kermit song “Rainbow Connection” which so poignantly describes magic, friendship and child-like wonder. No child should be with “Rainbow Connection” or Kermit’s other hit song…
“It Ain’t Easy Bein’ Green” – Kermit, Diversity and Friendship
“It Ain’t Easy Bein’ Green” was written all the way back in 1970 and first performed by Kermit the Frog on Sesame Street. What is there to say about “It Ain’t Easy Bein’ Green?” The song has become an absolute classic and shinning example for children to except and befriend people of all sizes, shapes, colors and dispositions. Every kid feels awkward or put down at some time and Kermit and his song are great companions and inspirations!
Not Just for Children!
Of course, The Muppets aren’t just for kids! Long before the adult humor, with a wink and a nod, of Shrek there was The Muppet Show, which contained jokes and entertainment for people of all ages! To put it another way, you won’t get a headache watching The Muppets with you child, your laugh right along with them!
Kermit The Frog – Reporter, Manager, the most Responsible of Frogs
Kermit the Frog is a great role model for children. Not only is he funny, he is also smart, creative and responsible. Don’t forget that Kermit was the theatre manager of The Muppet Show and was also a hotshot reporter! I double dare you to find another reporting puppet for your children to idolize!
Gonzo, Fozzie and Miss Piggy – Accepting Our Differences
The Muppets teach children the value of finding friendship with many different people, no matter what. Each Muppet has something that could be a flaw but is instead embraced by his Muppet friends. No one knows where Gonzo comes from; Fozzie is a comedian that isn’t funny and Miss Piggy can be downright mean. However The Muppets play nicely and work as a team. What better role model for sharing and teamwork is there?
Disney Muppets Merchandise – The Muppets Glorious Return!
Of course, since Disney has produced a new Muppets film there is no better time for a great selection of Muppets toys and Muppet merchandise! Muppet toys for sale include 10-inch cuddly Muppets plush toys including Fozzie Bear and Miss Piggy! Don’t settle for a plain Teddy bear when your child could have Fozzie’s “Wacka! Wacka!” Other Muppets movie merchandise includes a variety of drawstring backpacks including Miss Piggy, Kermit, Animal or the whole gang! Disney Muppets toys are some the first new Muppets official merchandise in a very long time, so they are not to be missed!
The Rainbow Connection – The Unending Magic of The Muppets
Did you have a favorite Muppet a child? How about any The Muppet Show toys? If you are a little younger, maybe you had some Muppet Babies toys? The Muppets and Muppet toys have been around for 57 years! There is a chance that grandparents and even great-grandparents played with Muppet toys in the 1950’s! What other toy has such a long and storied history? The magic of The Muppets will simply never fade and kids are sure to love them for decades to come!
Have any great Muppets memories from your childhood? Share them in the comments section! You know you had some The Muppets toys! Did anyone have old-school The Muppet Show merchandise?

Moshi Monsters – Facebook for Kids
Many have referred to Moshi Monsters, the online virtual pet site aimed at children aged 7 to 12, as “Facebook for kids.” Although the creators of Moshi Monsters, Mind Candy, haven’t referred to their creation in such a way they do promote Moshi Monster’s safety social media features including message boards and pin boards.
But Is Moshi Monsters Safe?
Of course Moshi Monsters is safe! We would not carry Moshi Monsters merchandise if it was not! Moshi Monsters was created with the safety of children in mind and has a number of safety features. In addition, Moshi Monsters is equipped with a content monitoring system that checks content both before an after it is posted. As long as you go over basic Internet rules with your children and make sure that they are followed Moshi Monsters is both safe and fun!
