Go Diego Go! Sling Bag Rescue Pack

My husband and I searched the internet, for what seemed like forever, looking for a Diego Rescue Pack for my two year old. It had to be one strap, that was my son's only requirement. I was so happy once we came across the perfect pack on kimmyshop.com, until we realized it was OUT OF STOCK! A couple of months later we got the e-mail saying the "golden ticket" was back in-stock! We quickly placed our order and received the Pack in just a few days. My son is over the moon, in love, with his Rescue Pack! My son flipped out when he saw that he too had a deigo rescue pack. It's actually a pretty sturdy back pack and I love the velcro closure on the front. I ordered this a little late for Christmas but still got it in time to wrap. My son was so suprised and excited.

The diego bag is a great bag. It is well made, like what you would find a regular backpack is made of. The only fault is I wish it had a little bit more velcro to adjust it a bit smaller. Fits my five year old perfect and my almost 3 year old it is a bit big but he loves it and all the attention he gets. (Posted on 10/23/10)

This back packpack is great! Sturdy and my son LOVES it! It arrived VERY fast and once I opened it I realized that it had oil or grease smeared on it, it kind of looked beat up. Just plain dirty... I e-mailed right away and the Kinny shop wrote me back the next bussiness day and had already sent me out a new one! They also told me to donate or do whatever I wanted with the dirty pack. I thought that was great customer service! I would've just sent it back to them but donating sounded good. Anyway, the price could've been a little less for me like 15-ish BUT we love it! Got this backpack for my toddler's Halloween costume and thought he could use it for preschool to carry his lunchbag in. It is a little too small for his lunch and any papers sent home have to be folded. It is well-made but thought the price was a little high. (Posted on 10/9/10)

My son wanted to look just like Diego with his rescue pack. So when I found this I was really excited and hoped that it was what was described. The rescue pack is as described and made of quality material and super cute. The rescue pack is a big hit and my son loves it. It is now filled with bandages, "medications" which are baby m&m's and other items that can be used to help rescue animals or treat them if they are hurt. My son loves this. I couldn't find one anywhere else..stores or ebay. He wanted the one that looks like Diego's, with one shoulder strap only and is 3yrs. old. So his 7 yr. old brother wanted one too. It's excellant quality and workmanship. He can put it on and off himself, since it velcros, and he takes it, literally, everywhere! I am very please with this product. I have twin boys who are big Diego fans, so the rescue pack was an excellent choice for a gift. The pack is big enough to fit a change of clothes, snack, and juice cup, so we don't have to carry anything anymore! Bought this for my son's Diego Halloween costume. It's well made and a nice size for a [...] old. The strap opens and closes with a large velcro strip, making it easy for him to take on and off without help. He wants to use it as his permanent backpack now. (Posted on 8/20/09)

My son got this bag for his 4th birthday and he is the envy of every kid we see who loves Diego. Kids come and look at his backpack up close. They study the logos. I bought this pack for my son's Diego halloween costume. He already had a cheaper backpack version that we bought at the Diego live show, but the two armholes on that pack don't fit him anymore (he's almost 4). This one is much more like the "real" rescue pack that Diego wears than any of the others I've seen on the market. The quality is very good, it's made from rugged backpack material, similar to what you'd see in sporting goods stores and very well constructed. Tha patch on the front is embroidered and looks very professional. We might even start using it as his regular pack for preschool. The velcro strap in the front is adjustable and so it seems that it could fit kids from about 2 to maybe 6. I had wondered from the listing whether it was officially licensed or more home-made, since I haven't seen this for sale anywhere else, but the tags look legit. (Posted on 8/20/09)
