Once received you will be notified by e-mail when we’ve processed your refund. Returns may take place within 30 days of delivery of a shipment for any reason for a full refund. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of opened items (unless defective) or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
In what currency do you charge?
Orders with a bill to address in the US or any other country other than Canada will be charged in US dollars. Orders with a Canadian address will be billed in Canadian dollars at par.
Is my credit card information secure?
We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure.

We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with KimmyShop.com. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with KimmyShop.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We will cover the liability of purchases made through this web site only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. If your bank holds you responsible for fraudulent charges, we will cover your liability up to $50.00.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped every day from Monday to Friday before noon (EST). Orders placed after noon during the week day and on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Day 1 of shipping begins the next day following order placement. Please note that should an item not be in stock at time of order, shipping time will begin only once your credit card has been charged (or when we have the item in stock). Approximately 95% of what is listed is in stock.
Will I be charged any duties?
If your total order does not exceed $200, you will not be charged any duties (US orders only). Otherwise, it is your responsibility to pay any fees.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary and depend on the destination point. Select the products you wish to purchase, then click checkout, and select your state/region and country. A list will appear on the right hand side indicating shipping rates and options.
Do you accept money orders?
Yes, however, we do not accept personal checks. For money orders, send to:

Please be sure to include a complete list of products you wish to order with name and SKU number. As for shipping, add all your items to the shopping cart as if you were to order with a credit card. Before checking out, you will see on the right hand side a list of shipping options. Be sure to include the shipping method you wish to use.

Do you keep backorders?
No. Approximately 95% of our items are in stock. Orders will be shipped with all items that are in stock. Backordered items will be deleted from your order and you will not be charged for backordered items.
