Shipping Rates and Policies
1. Shipping is FREE for orders over $100. This applies to shipments destined for the Continental US and Canada. Ground service is used for this promotion and takes an average of approximately 4 - 6 business days. Please note that this promotion does not apply to oversized items.
2. Orders below $100, are calculated based on invoice total for US and Canadian shipments (Ground Only). Please refer to the table below for Standard Ground rates.

3. How long does it take before my order leaves the warehouse. We pride ourselves on being one of the fastest order processors on the planet. Orders leave our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days.
4. When should I expect to receive my order ? For standard shipments destined for the US and Canada, expect to receive your order within 4 - 6 business days. Express shipments take up to 3 business days.
5. How can I track my order ? Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Otherwise, you may log into your account to view a complete order history including shipping information.
