I ordered 2 sets of Max and Ruby dolls and the delivery arrived very quickly (within 2 days), so I was very impressed. The ordering process was very straightforward. My rating of the product (low) does not reflect my opinion of the customer service. Regarding the product itself, the dolls are in excellent new condition, but I felt the price was a little high. However, I have two Max and Ruby fans in my house and I couldn't find two identical sets of these characters anywhere else, so I splurged and made these a special Easter gift.
